From a small family bakery to an international company
Today Corsini produces over 140 kinds of sweets and biscuits.
Over 70% of them are bound to our Tuscan tradition. Many of our recipes are original, true family secrets. The Corsini company is well known in Italy and abroad as one of the best producers of “Cantuccini”, the most classic and famous Tuscan biscuit with almonds. The production is located in the modern plant of Casteldelpiano, in an industrial building of over 25,000 sq. meters, harmoniously settled in the Mount Amiata forest.
Corsini maintains the standards of a typical artisan production respecting, at the same time, the industrial requirements of international customers, adopting the following policy: we produce a little less ……. but we always produce at the best quality level.
